Stablecoins Gain Ground in B2B Payments

Growing cross-border use is putting more pressure on finance teams to manage payouts, wallet access and transaction records.

Stablecoins are moving beyond one-off crypto transfers and into recurring business payments, inclu5ding supplier settlements and payments to contractors and distributed teams. Against this backdrop, Cryptobanco is focusing its B2B platform on companies managing cross-border crypto payments. The challenge is no longer only how to send digital assets, but how to manage those payments with clear controls and reliable records as transaction volumes grow.

Recent market data shows how quickly business use is developing. According to Allium’s September 2026 State of Stablecoins and Payments report, stablecoin payment volume reached an estimated $401 billion to $527 billion in the first eight months of 2026, up 42% to 63% year over year. B2B settlements accounted for $137 billion to $153 billion, making them the largest individual payment category in the report. Among B2B stablecoin payments for which geography could be identified, 43% of volume was cross-border.

For finance teams, that growth brings an operational problem. More payments mean more recipient addresses, approvals, wallet limits, network fees, transaction statuses and records to manage. When those processes are spread across separate wallets, files and manual checks, recurring payments can become difficult to track and control.

Cryptobanco addresses this part of the payment process by bringing wallet management, payouts and transaction records into one platform. Corporate clients can use custodial crypto wallets, make single or bulk payouts, transfer funds internally or externally, exchange supported assets and review transaction histories and statuses.

Bulk payouts are created by uploading a CSV file with recipient details, amounts and currencies. Users can review the payment data before confirming the operation. Each payment is then processed as a separate blockchain transaction and receives its own transaction hash. Transaction speed depends on the selected blockchain network, current network load, confirmation time and any internal checks required for the operation. Crypto operations are available 24/7.

The platform currently supports USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, USDC on ERC-20, TRX, ETH and BTC. Cryptobanco charges no platform fee for crypto payouts or internal transfers, while applicable blockchain network fees are charged separately.

Controls can also be divided between different members of a finance team. Treasury users handle wallet operations such as transfers, payouts and exchange, while Limit Managers can set daily limits for individual wallets and stop payment operations when required.

Before sending funds, users can check crypto addresses through Cryptobanco’s Risk Score tool. Individual addresses can be screened directly, while lists of addresses can be uploaded through CSV for bulk checks. Results include a risk score and associated risk categories that can be used as part of internal compliance processes. Cryptobanco also uses solutions from Fireblocks, Elliptic and CoinCover for digital asset operations, transaction risk monitoring and asset protection.

“The challenge for companies is no longer just sending crypto,” said Den Havrylenko, Sales & Business Development Leader at Cryptobanco. “Finance teams need to know who can initiate a payment, how much can be sent, where the funds are going and how each transaction is recorded. That becomes much more important when payments are recurring and involve a large number of recipients.”

Corporate clients receive access after KYB/KYC and compliance checks. Rather than providing every client with the same set of services, Cryptobanco configures the available package according to factors including the company’s business model, jurisdiction, geography and operational requirements.
